So as you all know, Verizon dropped my home number and internet service at 1 pm today. I called in a repair request at 2 pm. This BILLION dollar company cant get me up and running until Thursday at 9 pm! Are you kidding me? Does my repair technician have to drive to Pennsylvania from Nebraska? Did we have a natural disaster here that Im unaware of? Has my house been relocated to the outskirts of Lithuania? Obviously....Im seriously pissed off. I just reamed out 3 different people, intend to blast this pathetic attempt at customer service all over social media, will report it to the utilities commission and yell it from my rooftop if necessary. I suggest ANYONE looking for a job to call Verizon....they are obviously in desperate need of technicians and/or anyone who knows how to run a business. Rant over.....for now. #Verizon
