So came home this evening to tend to my Lola because she wasnt feeling well, went to go in the cabinet to get her some medication and the bench that I was standing on came out from under neath me literally flipped me in the air and I fell and fell hard! Thank God I didnt break any bones but I have two big gashes, one on my leg and the other on my foot! The Gashes are so big, you can see the white meat! It completely ripped off my skin on my leg and foot! And on top of that my tail bone is hurt as well! Leg bone throbbing and all! Thankful my husband was home, thankful I didnt hit my head; and thankful for the training I have received from working at an Urgent Care facility in the past! Thankful for the nursing training I have and was able to patch up my wombs for now; still may need stitches but I will re-evaluate it in the am! Kinda stunned me at first, as Im not used to this happening to me, I see this with patients and can handle and love it when seeing this on them cause I love fixing wombs and seeing blood and all the gull, but for me, it shocked me: now the pain is setting in! Thankful I have some strong pain killers from my hubby, but I Cant believe this happened! Praying I dont need any additional treatment!
