So charter only sends us a bill every other month, when the last months payment is over due. I keep calling and telling them to send me a bill every month so I know what I have to pay. Called charter today, again, to tell them to send me a damn bill every month. The call center lady actually suggested that it was my local post office that wasnt delivering the bill, not that they didnt send one. Yeah, thats right... The USPS is discriminating against charter by only delivering half of what they mail out, even though I get everything else that is mailed to me.
