So.....clergy friends.....if you have people in the church in leadership positions that are fairly important in the church but do not attend worship (have not for months), how much emphasis should be placed on their repeated absence? Im torn between being grateful they do some little tidbit and knowing that their priorities are influencing others in their leadership roles in potentially negative ways. How can you truly be part if the church and actively involved in any aspect of it, if you are not taking part in one of the most essential parts of the church community?
