So date no 3 went swimmingly..because I was in charge this time...so we met at the station, and me being too lazy to walk over the foot bridge back home, decided to get the bus outside the station to take us to my local drinking spa. I bump into an old adversary at the bus stop..a one Richard Onraet, who proceeds in calling me a lazy cow for getting a bus, telling me and my new man that I am only five minutes away and could easily have walked it. (Cringe, shut up Richard, want to stamp on his foot, but have got to behave) Eventually we are at my stop and I go to the door, get off, to turn round to see the bus door closing on my new man. As I see the horrified look on his face and him mutter you didnt tell me this was our stop... I struggle to keep a straight face as I see Richard cracking up with laughter as I try to hold the doors open and save my chap from being squished in the doors...you couldnt make this stuff up....
