So decided to come to @dobbies in Dunfermline for breakfast and I must say im overly impressed with how theyve managed to make their procedures for getting food and hot drink as convoluted as possible regardless which branch you visit. The quality of food is exceptional, the prep is another question. I sat down to cold beans, rubber egg (4oC maybe) cold bacon/chewy sausage....just....abysmal. The funniest part is all the delusional middle class grinning at their quality breakfast and chatting merrily while they feast on their partially cooked repast. With an overhaul at the top level these problems can be rectified...until then we wont be back. Shocking!
