So dylan scared me a little... Hey everyone, Sorry about not emailing you all last week, I had Ebola, but it got better... Just kidding, Ebola is not in Ghana yet, haha, but you all seem to be pretty terrified about it. Dont worry, were all safe here. Theyve even posted the missionaries from Liberia and Sierra Leone to Ghana. There are even two that were brought to Teshie ward 1. They are Elder Abbott, from Mapleton, Utah, and Elder Vosararawa from Fiji. Theyre both cool guys. They said its pretty awful in those countries, but here in Ghana its pretty okay for now. I guess theyre struggling with Cholera and Typhoid fever, but other than that its good. I didnt write last week because I had a high fever, and chose to sleep rather than to come to the cafe and suffer through it. It ended up that Iwas still sick and didnt proselyte on Tuesday, also, which was sad, but Im feeling better now. Church the last two Sundays has been amazing. It is incredibly satisfying when investigators come to church. It makes the work during the week feel so much more worthwhile. Two Sundays ago, we had 5 people at church, and last Sunday we had 4. It has just felt really good, and the success has been so nice. I guess when youre in a companionship where both missionaries are working hard, the Lord will bless you. It has been nice serving with Elder Maja. He has helped me to transform Teshie into a whole different area than it was with my previous companion. I might be transferred on Wednesday, but I dont want to leave this place. Things are really picking up, and I love it here.
