So earlier today I saw a friend comment on a post about a friends son not being able to bring cupcakes to school for his birthday. It seems as though several on this post thought this wasnt right, they were taking all the fun from kids and they just didnt understand. Well let me put it to u this way. If your son or daughter could die from an allergic reaction would u still be so upset? If u had to go to the hospital in the middle of your day because your child ate something they were allergic to and you had to see them go through hell on earth to breath. Would u still think it was taking all the fun away from kids. I am sure the kids and families affected by food allergies would much rather receive a pencil from a friend instead of a cupcake that could kill them. Educate yourselves people. Food allergies are not like environmental allergies. If this post upsets u then u need to delete me as a friend,because I will forever be an advocate and a voice for all of those with food allergies!!!
