So excited I had to share. Most of you know that I started this journey almost a year ago. My initial reason was mainly for weight loss and just better health in general and now, a way to financial freedom. I have had high cholesterol for the last few years and my triglycerides were really, really high, greater than 300, cant remember exact numbers. It is embarrassing but the truth! I like to blame that one on my mother since she had high triglycerides too but it is on me. Regardless, I just had some blood work done and I am happy to share that all my results are NORMAL. My triglycerides are down to 115. I still cant believe it. I have been trying to lower these numbers for 3 years. They were moving slowly but surely but not fast enough for me! I chose not to take medicine. Its quite amazing what happens to your body when you fuel it properly. I am so thankful that I found a system that makes is simple for me to get all the essential nutrients to accomplish this. Still living life and enjoying every minute of it! I have never felt this good in my entire life. So goodbye 35 pounds and over 50+ inches. Thanks, I no longer have high cholesterol or triglycerides. Cheers to HEALTH and WEALTH! Woohoo!
