So excited to see my high school coach, Patricia Muthart, at a MICHIGAN game today!!!! She taught me (and anyone lucky enough to be in her math classes or on her team) so much about being a team player, having goals and being a leader. Things like the jacket, selling fried turkeys, making top 6 so you could be on ESPN, always throwing your tumbling passes (even on basketball courts), not cutting your hair right before a competition, nor piercing your belly button (wow) Sr year before season was done, the joys of the Guadalupe, the Frio, and the years spent thinking up the best costume for the infamous goofy Sr photo. She taught me to be a hardworking low man on the totem pole, Sophomores carry the signs! as well as a humble leader, keeping me in check my Sr year as Captain. Everyone should be so lucky to have a teacher or coach like her! Oh, and GO BLUE!!!
