So exciting! I just talked to a friend of mine who has been taking Plexus for 6 months and she went to the DR. and got great news! Before starting plexus, she had high cholesterol and her blood sugar levels were high and in the pre-diabetic stage. Dr. told her that she would soon need meds for diabetes if things didnt change. Well she went in a week or so ago and all blood work came back normal! No high cholesterol and blood sugar levels were all normal! The ONLY thing she has done differently has been taking plexus.
