So facebook allows people to review your professional or fan page. I have a 4.9 user rating which is good, but I always wondered who rated what and see if I couldnt ask why maybe i got a poor rating. Sure wouldnt want a customer to be unhappy without a chance to correct any issue. Well I checked tonight and I can now see who scored what. I have a 1-2 star rating, 1-3 star, and 1-4 star rating. Oddly enough none of these people have ever used my services or even contacted me about using my service. So here is my question. Can one adequately assign a star rating without first using my services? Isnt that like me doing a product review on a product that Ive never used? I know I cant please every single person and I know that my style may not fit some. That is okay. We are all different and have different likes and dislikes. I am happy with the customers that I have and am very thankful for them. Just doing some pondering.
