So fair warning this is going to be a pretty long post but theres a lot to be said... There is something truly amazing about the Waterloo Community. This weekend has definitely showed me that this is a city that brings people together and builds such a supportive and positive environment. First off thank you to everyone who came out to OUCH last night and supported all the teams, dancers, and Unity Charity! You guys made this event possible and I hope everyone enjoyed their time! Thank you to all the schools that came out! yall smashed and made this an amazing OUCH! I hope you all enjoyed your time on and off the stage! Thank you to those who came out supported me and my team! Your energy was definitely felt on stage and helped us perform to the best of our abilities! To all the volunteers, thank you for giving us your time and making the show run smoothly! You guys are the best! To my directors, you guys were amazing these last 11 months! All the planning and late meetings definitely payed off and I couldnt ask for a better organizing team! To my team, thank you for believing in me and trusting me. You guys have truly pushed me to grow as a leader and a dancer! Thank you for your time and energy, you guys are the best. I wouldnt ask to be on that stage with anyone else. To my family and friends that came out, thank you so much for your unconditional support. Even though we may not see each other all the time I know you guys will always have my back and will support me in everything. Thank you to Reet Roy Mitch Daniels Derick Xclusiv Robinson and Jerome Anthony Esplana, for a great workshop! you guys are such talented individuals and inspire me so much when I see you dance! And thank you to everyone that came out to The University Intensive! Hope you guys learned a lot from these choreographers. Lastly, to my brother Kang Tran. I cannot express how proud I am of you. You continue to inspire me and push me to grow in all areas of my life. Congratulations on the win you definitely deserve it. Cannot wait to see what the future has for you. Youre definitely a person I look up to and proud to call you a friend and mentor. Thank you to everyone, I have definitely learned so much about myself and cannot express the impact you have all made on me. Till next time!
