So finally gave in and went to A&E about my horrible knee pain Ive had over a week. I tell the GP Ive Lupus and on certain meds, tell her the problem. Well best to put you on anti inflammatories said I can only have paracetamol and theyre not working. Panic stricken, she goes and gets another doctor, who suspects Gout, he keeps mentioning my bruises, I tell him I bruise like a peach cuz of my Lupus and have done now for 16 years!!!!! 😡 top it all off and to cause me more pain she shoves a needle in my arm to take bloods!!! Jeeze, mention a rare illness and they panic!!!
