So following on from yesterday and all the mini egg creations i did ham and feta cheese this morning for breakfast, 3 for breaky and the ready for a snack latter in the day. Lunch sorted, shake down me, capsules taken & exercise done, washing it all down with plenty of water. I have been advised by someone who understands nutrition much better than me to knock the fruit well grapes & pineapple and a couple of other bits so once these are gone thats it. #nevertoolate #timeforchange
