So for almost 3 weeks Ive been getting up at 5:30 and doing Piyo.. I am usually not a morning person but I have to say Im really enjoying having a little quiet time in the morning. I get my workout in and then Im able to SIT for a few minutes and mentally prepare for the day vs hitting the ground running. Ive been more energized and positive and I love it. It doesnt hurt that I am feeling amazing! 3 weeks of Piyo- one pant size and 5lbs gone! Who says summer is the time to be lazy! This adrenal fatigue and exercise exhaustion will be defeated!
