So for everyone that knows Ive been dealing with severe headaches and severe back pain for years now. Well finally found what was wrong with my back officially. I have a herniated disc in my L5 and S1. Started my epidural steroid injections today. I get 1 injection every two weeks 3xs to see if that helps. If not they may burn the nerve ending to the L5 and S1. The shot sucked if anyone wants to know lol. Thanks you to my wonderful and caring wife Jacklyn Henley for putting up with me through it all, and to Ted Henley Tony Lawson Judy Whitaker and my other Joy Baptist Church family for all your prayers and support. I pray this is the treatment that fixes everything
