So for that announcement I promised last week... As many of you know, my mother passed away very unexpectedly this past October. So, this coming October, my daughters, some very special friends, and I are planning an event as a way to honor her memory by raising money for her greatest passion... childhood cancer research. We are hosting a St St. Baldricks Foundation event at 9 Irish Brothers East - Authentic Irish Pub on Saturday, October 11th. Jane, Lucy, and I are shaving our heads to support childhood cancer research! Yes... We really are! Between now and the event date, we will be soliciting donations (either monetary or goods that can be raffled off at the event) from our wonderful friends and family.
