So for the last few weeks our company name and the way we do - TopicsExpress

So for the last few weeks our company name and the way we do business has come into question and we were asked to halt all sales on Arc Audio until the accusations were investigated. We were accused of selling items below the contract price we agreed upon, which in our case was the actual retail price from the Arc website and not even what is called MAP pricing. The 2nd accusation was that we were undercutting a certain Big Shot Firm, at least in his mind, on FaceBook in forums and one on one chats with potential online customers. I supplied Arc with 90 days of receipts from all sales to our customers online, as well as screen shots from every conversation on FaceBook where our company and the so called big shot of Motorcycle stereos were involved. In both instances there was solid proof that we actually had not done what we were accused of from this Mr. Big Shot, and that actually in most instances online he was the one posting up behind us, and doing exactly what he accused us of. He fired a shot across our bow, we provided proof, and we still lost. Guess we know where the little shop stands with Arc Audio and that their relationship with Mr. Big Shot is more important than a small shop with 3 guys from South Carolina. Guess what they say is true; Money talks and bullshit walks. In this case Garage Bagger Stereo is the BS and Mr Big Shot is the money. I sat back and watched derogatory and slanderous comments being made from Mr. Big Shot. I sat back and watched as he tried to knock our legs out from under our fresh new business. Today David lost to Goliath, and we will not longer be offering Arc Audio products locally or through our FaceBook group or other groups. But let me make this clear, this is not the only arrow in our arsenal, it was one that we liked quite a bit, trusted quite a bit, and as a reseller had protection against people undercutting your pricing, because as an Authorized Arc Audio Motorcycle dealer, we were held to the same standards, ethics, and pricing that Mr. Big Shot was held. Two things in this life that you have full control over; your name and your reputation. Anyone that has spoken with me, bought from us, or had local installs done with us, know we are men of our words. I waited, and watched our name being dragged through the mud over and over again, with words like online whore houses, and such, in hopes that the world we live in, do business in and the agreement we had would prevail and I would not have to stoop to this level and defend our name online, Garage Bagger Stereo. Unfortunately we lost, so now I am sticking up for who we are, what we are, and what we do!! Mr. Big Shot, I’m sure that you’re ecstatic about this outcome, but let me tell you right now, all you did was poke the hornets nest, and Arc Audio Electronics, all you did was lose a company that will be a major player in this industry and work with every single person on the web, at local shows, and locally to place products on their bikes that are not yours! I guess it really is a dog eat dog world and that living an honorable life, following the rules, and being a man of your word today is nothing. I personally do not see how Mr. Big shot could sleep at night, but I guess that is his burden. I could noo ever do business knowingly with a company that does business this way. I would not refer any customers to a company that stands doesn’t treat all of their customers with the same respect and guidelines outlined in your contract, and shows favoritism to Mr. Big Shot who goes crying to the National Sales manager of Arc Audio, about 3 guys in South Carolina, that are making a big splash.
