So forgot the best part. Went to make coffee this morning and our Keurig would not come on. Tried everything from unplugging to checking all the manual suggested. Went on to their web-site and under troublemaking found that they have a flaw and it has to do with blah..blah..blah. So since this is the second one we have purchased in less than two years, I called them and without any hassle they are shipping me a brand new one. Funny she said it wont come with coffee or manuals. I said dont worry about the manuals, I have two sets already. She laughed at that. If any of you experience this look on their website. They are aware of this defect and I think that was why they were so accommodating.
