So frustrated with CVS Pharmacy! Meds were called in FIVE hours ago and they have yet to even enter it into the computer system so they can be filled! When I complained and asked how much longer I was told at least two more hours. Really? The whole purpose of having meds called in was so I could use them right away! I dont think Im being unreasonable by coming five hours later for them!!! They had plenty of time to work on them! The last few times Ive been there, they have been rude too! One later even handed me back my prescription because they didnt have it stock and didnt want to order it! Our insurance is better if we use CVS but I learned a lesson...I wont be using them again.
