So funny that I saw this today! I was just having a discussion with my beautiful sister about how we all need to treat ourselves with kindness, love & understanding. We have been doing that recently and love how it makes us feel. We can be so harsh & unforgiving to ourselves, when we would never even treat a stranger in that way. Talk to yourself as you would talk to someone you love and respect very much, because if you cant get that from yourself - who can you get it from? You have to spend your whole life with you - be your own BFF! And remember no name calling! :)
