So glad that we didnt keep Centurylink. Besides the super slow internet, and the fact that they cant seem to remember what they said 5 minutes ago...their customer service is crap. I called them to find out why we have a balance with them after only 2 days of service when we were told to look for a final bill with a balance of $0. The lady hung up on me, and then when I called back, the service center was closed and I am now required to call back later this week.
