So got outdoors and went for a good walk in the sunshine today, it felt good to be in the sunlight, it was cool but the sun was warm, I could feel that the food and lower amounts of exercise were catching up with me thought, it was actual work on the second mile and my poor achey, breaky feet started hurting pretty good. Glad to be back and sitting on my arse for the movie now. Also stopped at the dollar store and got some more of the yummy coffee candies that I stuffed in hubbys stocking, they turned out to be a super, inspired little treat!
