So have you said I need a buddy to workout with then we can motivate each other....Have you tried this? Doesnt work so well does it? The reason it never works out is because the change has to come from within. You cannot rely on someone else to get you there. There will be days they cant workout or you cant and the moment that happens the trail of cancellations starts. The only time partner workouts work is if both individuals are equally dedicated and motivated towards their own goals!!!Self motivation is the key to long lasting success!!!! Dont expect changes in your life to magically happen.....the effort you put forth shows! If it were easy everyone would be doing it....put in the work and enjoy the results!!!!
