So help me out here, we are in the mall its fairly empty and we walk by one of those kiosks selling hair products. The dude steps out in front of Neely and touches her hair and starts trying to chat her up. I go into momma bear mode and tell him to step away from the 13 year old. He looked pissed. Dude, that makes two of us. I dislike being accosted just walking by and I really find it inappropriate that a grown man would think its okay to touch a teenager. Thoughts?
