So here it is. The 1875-era Victorian house we are buying in Franklin, IN. We had our first actual look inside today and although the current owners have let the dust and dirt build up, we could see through that. The owners prior to the current one (Amy and Doug) did a lot of renovations inside before they sold it to the current owner a year and a half ago. We met them today as well, since they also own and are just completing reno on the little house next door to use as a rental. They are awesome people and I am sure we will become good friends here.
