So, heres an article where Ferguson Police say they may well continue to arrest journalists unless they are carrying $50,000 cameras because thats how they will know for sure they are journalists and therefore wont arrest them. I thought the general idea was to arrest people committing crimes. How is someone standing and taking notes or recording a scene with a cellphone or DSLR subject to arrest? I am lost.
