So heres how Amazon treats indies. I posted the other day here about my issue with the spoilers on one of my reviews. I asked Amazon to consider taking it down, as the information was completely wrong. They said. This review is within our posted guidelines. We wont remove the review in its current format, and we arent able to consider the removal of this review any further. So I wrote to them again and asked them to reconsider, as I felt it did step outside the guidelines because it wasnt relevant to the product, since nothing the reviewer described and complained about actually happened in the book. Their response: they kept the 1-star review up but removed 4 of my 5-star reviews. I believe they were all verified purchases and I have no idea who the people were, and they certainly werent paid for. Once again, Amazon shows its true colors.
