So heres the scoop....Arthritis is quite Bad in the hips.....back has arthritis but he says with my age and line of work Ive been doing all my life.....its not that bad....(yet.).he suggest...physical therapy 3 days a week.....call Dr.Zehr. ( my hip Dr.) And get another cortizone shot in each hip....he thinks the biggest part of my pain is from my hips...NO nerve damage in my legs...(thank God) Alieve twice a day.....and keep iceing.....down the road possibly a shot of steroids in my back....Love getting older!!...oh yeah..and see him again in one month!!!!!!
