So heres the video for the next Guerilla fit challenge thats taking place on Sunday November 9th. Its £10 entry which includes a T-Shirt and a donation to our chosen charity. Its open to anyone and everyone who wants to test out their physical fitness, over the age of 16. Starts at 8am so arrive early to register. Please spread the word and get your friends involved.
