So hypothetical experiment. What would the results be if one would go into a public setting, such as Starbucks or a local café. And ask strangers to go down the street and withdraw money out of ones account. If agreed give them a debit/atm card and tell them the PIN number and await their return. Now half the people one asks for the favor, one asks for their name and address or any way of finding them if they were to run off. How many would come back with the card and money? And would the fact that one had their information change their decision to run with the card or even extract money? Just a thought.
