So i have checked out the video of the child being beaten with the Shovel and after careful analysis I can see that the home is a broken home, It seems to be lacking a father figure, possibly financial issues, 3 children and it looks as though shes pregnant if im not mistaken, Jail isnt the best option for me, while I do agree some form of disciplinary action must be enforced, this woman seems to need Social aid and counseling.... Go on the Streets and find out from half of the criminals why they do what they do and you will find most of them just needed someone to talk to, someone to listen and Social help.... Instead of everyone condemning them to Jail!!!
