So i just got off work and had my Employee I.D. Badge on with the name of the bank i work at when this guy approached me and ask me if they are hiring for Bank Tellers where I work. I responded and said yes they always need Tellers. He said what kind of experience do you need. I responded customer service and be able to count money and work a cash register. He then went on to ask about the background check. I said yeah they do a thorough background screening. I said as long as you dont have any thing with theft, embezzlement, etc you should be okay. He then said well how far back do they check. I said it depends really. The next thing he said made my mouth drop to the floor this mf asked me do i think it would go against him cuz he got Armed Robbery charges from 2003. I looked at him and aint say nothing. How You going to apply for a job as a damn Bank Teller and you been convicted of Armed Robbery. Cmon mane
