So i just watched the hunger games. Now not having read the book i can say i didnt like it. I seemed like a was watching a mash up multiple themes all center around man vs man. All I could think while watching was death race (the 2008 Jason Statham), Steven Kings The Running Man, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, and Richard Connells The Most Dangerous Game. I kinda feel that the writer wasnt even trying but then again i have not read the book. If anyone can can point me in a different direction that would be great. Would love to hear some feed back.
