So i tried to get out my orange/EE account after they changed my package with out permission charge me excessive bills when i never call or barly txt any one take bills out when they please so im never prepared not problem if you are monthly paid is big one if you are paid weekly like myself so i phone up and get told £60 to leave so i think ok yeah great and pay it oh was i wrong not only did they neglect to tell me my phone is locked and that would be another £20 but that it would take 30 days which is longer than the date that my pac code expires so then i have to ring again to get that. To top it all off i have no package with orange now so im getting charged silly rates for everything so i decided enough is enough i get no signal When im at home so it near impossible to call Me or txt me incase of an emergency so i see if i can get my Phone unlocked quicker EE/orange only sent my the request for my phone to be unlocked last week even though i phoned and payed 2 weeks ago pro longing the fact i wanna leave now as i have no package i have been charged and extra astronomical figure of £80 pond for a phone again a shock as i dont call no one and like i said before barely txt. Now i no im not the only person to have issues with a phone company but i want everyone to share this message slating this shambles of company that promise you every but give you Nothing thank you
