So...if our prices increase for shipping...blast UPS! They can damage your product, yet take no responsibility for doing so and then they deny your claim based on the fact you improperly packed it. Funny how that every hat company ships hats in the same fashion yet it is not to ups standards. In returning my damaged hat, ups further violated their packing procedures and further damaged said hat. Claim denied. Im out the hat, my custom work, money to replace it and time I will never get back trying to collect on what I paid to have my product insured! Thanks for the customer service guys!
