So if you missed the workshop that I and fellow trainers have taught @ 24 Hour Fitness -North Fontana, CA you would have missed out on learning some really interesting facts about fat loss that I bet you didnt know. For instance...most people do not know that 84% of all the fat they will lose is expelled as carbon dioxide when they breathe. The other 16% comes out as water (possibly while sweating, urinating, or other things). Their is only one other way to get fat out of your body....cut it out. Might as well throw away all of those diet supps that claim to burn fat. They flat out do not work. And if you think that you can sit around and just breathe...well think again. Your body needs to be stressed in order to release hormones that break down fats into triglycerides. Only then can it be absorbed by the blood, combined with oxygen, and expelled as carbon dioxide. Their are a few ways to do this, but the most effective way is to starve your body of calories, or move until you create a caloric deficit. So eat less, move more, dont forget to breathe, and if your not sweating you are not working hard enough.
