So if you support equal treatment for all regardless of skin color, does that mean you see all people as more or less equal than if you support special treatment/consideration because of skin color. And if you can find nothing in the constitution that gives the federal government power to overturn state laws abolishing affirmative action, does that mean you dont care about people with other than white skin? Im just wondering because Clarence Thomas is catching all sorts of hell because he fits into the sees people as equal regardless of skin color or the feds cant overrule state laws regarding affirmative action category.
