So im back to the civilization after completing the trek I went for...Roopkund lake- A high altitude mysterious lake over 5000 meters(16500 feet) spread over a period of 6 days of walking up and down....I couldnt climb the final stretch of last 3 kms to the lake as it was all snow bound and I had this phobia that Ill slip...Waited at the last snow camp for the team...But yes, a great experience and learning altogether of high altitude trekking...In terms of worst experiences- I was and im still down with fever, swollen feet and some body parts, severe stomach disorder, grains on skin, swollen gums and tooth...Lastly a mention of a fellow trekker who died of hypothermia in between....May his soul RIP....Still not able to come out of undefined happiness or grief or excitement or pain...Some experiences are like this...And yes, I clicked through all the way...The photo story is being shared on my page...
