So im gonna outline the basic criteria for the idea i had about crowd sourcing some dialogue from you guys, my wonderful followers! I apologise in advance for the body of text... I just want to test the waters on this first attempt, therefor i am going to keep this very simple and then based upon the response ill hopefully be able to develop this methodology in future. All i need from you are 5 words, those 5 words are I made this for you. The only real detail i need to specify is that i need it to be a dry recording, so essentially i need as little background noise as possible. This can be recorded on your phone, on your laptops built in microphone or with an actual condenser or dynamic microphone if you have one at your disposal, if you are up for it then just use whatever means you have available to you. I am keeping the music under wraps for now to ensure that the end product carries the emotional weight that i want it to, but It doesnt matter about your cadence, the speed at which you talk or your dialect - i just need you to say I made this for you =] The last point to make is in regards to how to get these recordings to me, you can upload them to a private soundcloud link, youtube, instagram, or simply attach the audio file to an email/host the file on any type of cloud data storage service, but ultimately to keep things consolidated i need all appropriate files/links forwarded to this email address - asamusicofficial@gmail I have no idea if any of you will actually want to get involved, but what i want this to result in is having your voice featured on my new EP amongst a collage of many other peoples voices from all over our planet.
