So im playing the cash tables last night and I finally win a small pot of $130... so the dealer takes the $10 commission and asks me for the $3 for a total of $13, which is correct.... 10 or so minutes later the good old surveillance team ring down and says the dealer didnt take enough commision she only took $10.... im like wtf... and we had to explain what happened.... i gave the $3 from my stack etc etc.... so the door gives them a call back to tell them.... apparently they didnt watch enough of the video to see me give them the $3....and apparently the dealers shouldnt be asking for the money from the players????..... like, as if they dont have anything better to do than to watch poker rip off $3 and if they really dont have anything better to do at least do your job properly....for my inconvenience and embarrassment I did however score myself a complimentary drink...... of icy cold tap water from the jugs....
