So in 13 years have we succeeded at ANYTHING regarding what happened in NYC other than to impoverish ourselves as a nation, lose our moral compass, become Leaner and Meaner to quote Georgie Boys daddy GHWB, become more divided than ever - this beats out Viet Nam for sure but it is far too quiet on the protest front since few have any skin in the game in the all volunteer army that replaced the draft army. We watch it on TV and it doesnt touch us - the news is sanitized so we dont see the horror we are wreaking on innocents in the name of OUR freedom as we deal out death from high in the sky, while we get high on the ground, at least in Oregon, Washington, Colorado, California and others to follow and we think we have won some sort of victory - over what? Will this make it easier to turn the blind eye and the hard heart ti the evil being done in our name - we can point the finger at whomever but there are four fingers pointing back at us
