So, in trying to do the right thing, I was wrong. I tried to go to work today. Was leaving early to make sure I could take it easy and get there safe. Hit my front porch, and went down hard...left knee is about the size of a softball and doesnt want to bend, left ankle is so swollen Im afraid to take off my boot. Head is killing me from where it bounced off the porch, and bruises coming up on right elbow and shoulder...oh, and I slid about five feet across the porch on my side....fun times
