So invitations went out on Wednesday to 18 girls still waiting to hear back from 15 :D. So I have been busily making 18 of everything just in case. Today we decorated the dining table chandelier with the butterflies from the Christmas tree :D Good thing she picked my favorite thing for her birthday. I have made little fairy tables out of buttons, mirrors and a wooden base. Glued curling ribbon to a floral butterfly stick to make fairy wands for the girls. Hung up fairy wings from dollar store for the girls to wear. Still need to make 8 - 10 more fairies tomorrow. Chairs have tulle bows for the tea party. Also need to get started on making cake decorations. Girl has come up with a doosey of a cake for me to make. She wants 3 tiers, with pearls, ribbons shooting out top. and a rainbow of butterflies and flowers on it. We will see how I do pulling this one off. My cake is however her whole reasoning of why she wanted a birthday party at home instead of at the Butterfly Pavilion. Gotta love that.
