So it has been 10 long months since I broke my collarbone last February and 4 months since I had my surgery. The recovery is definitely slow but steady. But most of all, since I have not been able to workout the way that I usually do, I have been feeling very sluggish and for lack of better word, puffy as of late. I get to go back to work in the middle of January and I certainly DO NOT want to go back already feeling sluggish and puffy!! So I have decided that on January 5th, I have made the commitment to do a 28 day detox. There has been some amazing results with this from losing weight to reducing or sometimes even eliminating medication for blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, arthritis, sleep aids and even depression and it only took 28 days. I am very excited to accomplish the #1 goal I hear everyday from my peers. I just want to feel better I invite all of you to come feel better with me in the new year!
