So it has come to my attention that people dont like the fact that I spank my children. Even make it seem as though it is illegal. The most common thing I hear is its illegal to spank your child in public. I am a firm believer in spanking and if you dont like it you can kiss my ass. Though it may be different in your state, I LIVE IN ND! ND 12.1-05-05. Use of force by persons with parental, custodial, or similar responsibilities. The use of force upon another person is justified under any of the following circumstances: 1. Except as provided in section 15.1-19-02(school teachers), a parent, guardian, or other person responsible for the care and supervision of a minor, or other person responsible for the care and supervision of a minor for a special purpose, or a person acting at the direction of any of the foregoing persons, may use reasonable force upon the minor for the purpose of safeguarding or promoting the minors welfare, including prevention and punishment of the minors misconduct, and the maintenance of proper discipline. The force may be used for this purpose, whether or not it is necessary as required by subsection 1 of section 12.1-05-07. The force used must not create a substantial risk of death, serious bodily injury, disfigurement, or gross degradation. no where in that does it say it cannot be done outdoors. If i want to use a belt, I will use a belt, as long as it does not create serious bodily injury as stated above then you can keep your damn nose out of my business. Go be a push over to your own kids and let them walk all over you and grow to be pieces of shit if you want. Not me.
