So it looks like I dont sport the best balance at 6am but people have been asking me about the pace and types of movement in #piyo. I thought a (small segment) video might demonstrate better than a still picture. No bouncing or equipment or high-impact movements-just controlled movement, proper alignment, gradual heart rate increase and body awareness. Fridays are usually rest days but since Im rocking this 21 day challenge I wanted to commit to 21 straight days. Did #piyodrench again this morning.
