So it seems pretty clear that this years jazz was put on for the sole purpose of revenue generation without any consideration for customers. The immense crowd, no garbage cans, no seating for the elderly, a fete like set up with a disrespectful barricade between VIP and General, an inaccessible bar, food median prices at $60, 100 women to 1 toilet ratios, and of course the infamous mob-like stampedes to exit and get shuttles out of Pigeon Point. The music system was shit, to say the least. Either poorly equipped or poorly set up. I believe the former. A no-show by Bunji et al and not even an announcement at the event. Brandy was shit. Dil E Nadan is always shit, up allyuh game #naboy, steups. So many good bands to emulate. Heard Roy Cape in Speyside, garbage too. Im sure the JL fans enjoyed him, vocals were on point, even if I fell asleep standing. Most repeated phrase for the night - Never again. I love Jazz, but this was rubbish.
