So its been about a month now since I been back to Marysville, WA. I have not been able to find a new chef job yet. The reason Im back is because the owners of the bar in Coulee City, WA called Couleegans Bar & Grill had a family emergency due to the owners husband having suffered a heart attack. I guess they found other health issues after the fact and they shut the place down. I guess they are open now for private businessman. Thats ok because they dont get much business during the dead, slow winter. What is not ok is I have to be in L.A. soon. Its taking longer than anticipated to get ready. I dont know why Im even talking about this? Oh yeah, because I need to save up money. LMAO!!
